When I entered this shop today with my friends, we were not greeted or acknowledged. The cashier with the red hair came across as rude and unhelpful when we asked questions. While making our drinks, she was slamming items around and giving us uncomfortable looks. The overall experience made us feel like we were inconveniencing her, despite being polite customers. To make matters worse, my tea was extremely bland and tasted unpleasant. Between the poor customer service and the disappointing drink, I left feeling frustrated with my experience. Looking back, I honestly regret leaving a tip because the service did not reflect the level of hospitality I expected.

I came two times before deciding to leave this review in case it was just an off day. The first time I went the cashier was not very nice and the person making the drinks dropped ice on the counter, picked it up with their hand and then put it into the drink, which is very nasty. Today I went and the person on the cashier was not very friendly at all, but the person making the drink today was very competent today and very nice. I think that they should switch spots. The Thai tea was extremely watery and not good at all. I would not recommend. Unfortunately, Macon does not have a lot of competitors for this type of shop so they will probably get away with it.

I’ve been enjoying their drinks for a while and I’m truly glad that we have this place here in town. It has been my go-to for 2 of my favorite desserts ever - bubble tea & macarons. Experience with staff has been varied. Some were very friendly and accommodating, but some needed some extra customer service training. I hope this place stays here for a while for a lot of us to enjoy.
